Person Centred Counselling and Psychotherapy
Person-centred counselling and psychotherapy is a sensitive exploration of a person’s inner world, based on the idea that within a safe and caring therapeutic relationship, people may develop self-awareness and self-acceptance, and ultimately find the power within themselves to move forward.
Starting with a counsellor can feel intimidating. It might be hard to know where to start.
We will take your counselling journey at your pace. I will stay alongside you in whatever you are wanting to address, be that low self-esteem, depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, bereavement, or other issues that are troubling or challenging you.
I offer a confidential, empathic, warm non-judgemental therapeutic relationship for you to safely explore your life experiences and what they mean to you.
